Painting for Pleasure. Yvonne Hine

                                                YVONNE HINE
Yvonne and enthusiasm are inseparable.  Throughout a life of change, she embraces new experiences, especially in painting, and her attention to details, mood, light and colour are reflected in her art.
Colour and shape appeal first, and she paints for pleasure.  This is evident in her flower paintings.  She wants to share her pleasure with buyers, and keeps her prices down to most affordable.  She often paints small, so the paintings are easily packed, and make ideal gifts.
Some of Tasmania's best artists have shaped her, with Peter Barraclough her first tutor, followed by Richard Bacon, Roger Murphy, Terry Gough and Vicky Chapman.
Galleries that exhibit Yvonne are Aspect Design.  She has been a keen exhibitor in Art Most Affordable in Battery Point for the last ten years and a group exhibitor with Colour Circle.  In 1996 she was Highly Commended in the Tasmania Day Art Award.
She has had solo exhibitions since 2003.
Yvonne paints with Colour Circle Inc, and credits all the painters there for their friendship and encouragement.
